We use your name, email address, chosen subject and message to respond to your enquiry and handle any requested services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing these details is voluntary but necessary to use the form. No marketing subscription is created.

Messages are delivered to the villa’s email inbox using Aruba hosting and email services. The website does not maintain a separate message database. The session cookie protects the form; a hashed network address is used for short-term abuse limits. These technical controls do not profile you.

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to manage the enquiry and any related service, and longer where a legal obligation or protection of legal claims requires it. There are no automated decisions made through this form.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to the contact above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
