FULVIO AND PAOLA
The villa,
our story.
We are Fulvio and Paola, both pharmacists in Naples. A year after we married, we began restoring a derelict building in Anacapri. That first project became Villa Demetra.
Over the years, the house has evolved alongside us through many changes and thoughtful choices. With the 2026 renovation, we paid particular attention to the interiors, choosing fine materials such as solid cherry wood doors and ceramics by Livio De Simone. As part of the same renovation, we installed air conditioning in every bedroom to make each stay even more comfortable.
Why Demetra
We chose the name Villa Demetra as a tribute to this place’s connection with the land: Demeter, invoked by the farmers of the Migliera area. A name that echoes Anacapri’s agricultural heritage.
Villa Demetra tells this story too: a home shaped over time, one detail after another.

You can reach Villa Demetra by licensed taxi, a convenient option when travelling with luggage.
Walk to the buses
About 500 m · 7 minutes on foot
The shortcut connects Villa Demetra to the ATC bus terminus on Strada Faro di Carena, via Via Rio Linciano and Via Linciano. From the terminus, you can continue around the island by public bus.
Distance and walking time are approximate and refer to the route from the bus terminus to the villa. Google Maps describes it as mostly flat and may recalculate the route when you open the link.
